Mohammad Alkhdour has extensive experience in the food industry. Mohammad began their career in 2004 as a Cook at Grand Hyatt Amman. Mohammad then moved to Tala Bay in 2006, where they held the same position. In 2007, they worked as a Dime Chef at Kempinski Hotels and as a Pastry Chef, Chef De Cuisine, and Chef De Partie at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. In 2012, they were a Chef at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. and in 2014, they became a Food Truck Owner at Hotswords. Currently, they are the Head of Food Quality Control and Head Chef at ZIKI, a fast-casual restaurant brand serving Greek and Mexican fusion.
Mohammad Alkhdour received their Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the Royal Academy of Culinary Art in 2006. In 2013, they obtained certifications in Basic Food Hygiene from Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and HACCP (Food Safety) Auditor from Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. In 2021, they obtained a Food Safety Manager Certification (FSMC) from Austin Public Health.
