Rafał Ciurkot

Rafał Ciurkot is an experienced engineering manager with a robust background in mobile development. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Zilch since November 2023, Rafał previously held engineering management roles at Qualtrics from March 2018 to September 2023, overseeing mobile team operations and facilitating the development of a unified native mobile app for iOS and Android. Earlier experience includes positions as Senior Android Developer at WorkHQ, iOS Developer and Android Team Lead at Infakt Sp. z o.o., and various roles at Mobile Experts sp. z o.o. and Solution Lions. Rafał holds a Master's Degree in Computer Software Engineering and a Bachelor of Science from Jagiellonian University.
