Syed Yasir Rizvi

Syed Yasir Rizvi has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Syed Yasir currently holds the position of Vice President - Customer Experience & Credit Collections at Zilch since October 2023. Prior to this, they worked at American Express, starting as a Senior Manager in Risk Management from October 2010 to February 2022. Syed Yasir then became the Director of Risk Management from January 2017 to February 2022 and later took on the role of Vice President - Chief Credit Officer UK from February 2022 to October 2023. Before joining American Express, they worked at Citi as a Credit and Fraud Analyst from July 2006 to October 2010, where they specialized in creating fraud models and analyzing fraud trends.

Syed Yasir Rizvi completed their Bachelor of Science in Software Programming from Hamdard University, where they studied Information Technology from 2000 to 2005. Syed Yasir later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing from the Institute of Business Management, graduating in 2010.
