Tomi Ibirogba is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in employee relations, HR advisory, and project management across various sectors, including organizations such as Zilch, AET, and British Airways. Currently serving as a Senior People Advisor at Zilch, Tomi develops people-centered policies and manages the employee lifecycle while overseeing employment relations cases.
