The board of directors at Zilia has a wide range of experience in different industries and fields of study. A few notable companies that they have worked for include Meyer Coaching, StatsRadio, Moonshot Health, and Hacking Health Accelerator. They have also been involved with different startups and smaller companies. In terms of education, the board members have degrees from universities such as Université de Montréal, Université Laval, and Université de Sherbrooke.
