Carey Kepler

Carey Kepler has extensive experience in the fitness industry, serving as Owner and Coach at CrossFit Central since 1997. In addition to coaching, Carey has also taken on the role of co-owner, demonstrating strong leadership and dedication to fitness training. Since June 2019, Carey has been an Independent Distributor with Zilis LLC, providing consultations focused on nutrition and supplementation to enhance overall health, performance, and recovery. Carey holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Angelo State University, earned between 1993 and 1997.
