Daniel Hernandez

Daniel Hernandez has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their current role as Search Engine Optimization Manager at Zilker Partners, which they began in 2021. Prior to this, they were a Search Engine Optimization Analyst at both Accenture and Advision Development in 2020. From 2018 to 2020, they held the role of Global Support Associate (Portuguese) at Cheetah Digital. From 2015 to 2018, they were a CAM Contract Administrator Manager at Tek Experts, where they were responsible for providing technical support and engaging all departments involved in the support process. From 2013 to 2015, they were an Account Support Specialist at IBM, where they were in charge of providing support to account holders around the world and managing databases. Finally, from 2010 to 2013, they were a Technical Service Center SME/Trainer/Lead at HP, where they were responsible for quality analysis, data analysis and reporting, and identifying any gaps in controls.

Daniel Hernandez attended Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica from 2018 to 2018 and obtained a Technical degree in SQL. Daniel then attended Universidad 'San Juan de la Cruz' from 2016 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws - LLB degree in Law. Additionally, they attended Universidad Latina de Costa Rica for Cisco Systems, Universal de Idiomas for Idioma Portugues, and Universidad Centroamericana de las Ciencias for Derecho.
