Amy Cole

Amy Cole has extensive work experience as a paralegal and contracts professional. Amy began their career as a Corporate Paralegal at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati in 1999 and subsequently held positions as a Senior Corporate Paralegal at Portal Software (acquired by Oracle), Senior Corporate Paralegal at Infinera Corporation, and Corporate Legal Analyst at Palantir Technologies. In 2006, they rejoined Infinera Corporation as a Senior Corporate Paralegal and later became a Principal Paralegal. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Human Resources Manager at MATRIXX Software inc. before returning to Infinera Corporation as an Independent Contractor in 2020. Amy then worked as an Independent Contractor at Consulting before joining Zilliant as the Sr. Director of Contracts in January 2022.
