Simon Webb

Simon Webb has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Simon most recently worked at Zilliant as a Senior Practice Director. Prior to that, they held the same role at Conga, where they managed the EMEA delivery practice. During their time at Conga, Simon successfully improved project margins and overall portfolio health. Simon also held roles at APTTUS EMEA LIMITED, where they served as a Senior Practice Director and Global Programme Director. Before that, they worked at PwC as a Senior Manager, where they focused on delivering customer technology-enabled change and managing the UK Salesforce practice. Simon also worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Manager, specializing in helping telecommunications clients achieve excellence in customer service. Simon started their career at Thomson Reuters as a Consultant and Business Change Manager, managing global business process testing and implementing migration support processes. Simon has also worked at Tiscali UK, BVL, and expw consulting, where they held various roles ranging from Project Delivery Manager to Senior Consultant. Overall, Simon has a wealth of experience in managing delivery practices, driving improvements, and delivering customer-focused solutions.

Simon Webb completed their undergraduate education at the University of Bristol from 1995 to 1999, obtaining a degree in Mechanical Engineering (MEng). In 1997 to 1998, they also studied at Université Joseph Fourier (Grenoble I) as part of their MEng degree, specializing in Mechanical Engineering with French. Additionally, Simon has obtained several certifications, including Apttus 201 CLM Product Certification Exam from Apttus in October 2017, Salesforce certified Administrator from Salesforce in September 2016, eTOM from TM Forum in April 2013, and Prince 2 from the Office of Government Commerce in March 2006.
