Troy Holmes

Troy Holmes has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Troy currently holds the position of Sr VP Federal Business Development at Zillion Technologies, Inc. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President Strategy at TechFlow, Inc. from January 2022 to February 2023. From December 2018 to February 2022, they served as the Vice President and Chief Solutions Architect at Sevatec, Inc. Additionally, Troy has held prominent roles in the U.S. Department of the Interior, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), INTEGRITYOne Partners, Capital One, and Marriott International.

Troy Holmes attended Harvard Kennedy School from 2010 to 2011 as an executive fellow. Prior to that, they pursued Information Technology at Strayer University from 1999 to 2003. In the late 1980s, they studied Accounting and Finance at Northern Virginia Community College from 1988 to 1990 and at Moorpark College from 1986 to 1987.
