Cheryl Morrison Deutsch is the Chief Experience Officer at Zillion. Cheryl has over 25 years of experience in technology and consulting, with a focus on customer experience, cloud adoption, and organizational change.

Most recently, Deutsch served as the Executive Director of Customer Experience, Collaboration & Transformation at Kronos. In this role, they were responsible for understanding how customers experienced their relationship with Kronos and providing direction and support to the organization on how to best work together to innovate and fundamentally shift how they think about and deliver the products and services that exceed customer expectations.

Prior to their role at Kronos, Deutsch spent two years at Cloud Technology Partners as the Cloud Adoption Accelerator and Organizational Change Agent. At CloudTP, Deutsch provided enterprises with solutions to plan and execute migration of business processes, applications and customer data to private, public or hybrid clouds.

Deutsch has also held leadership positions at Health Dialog (VP, Chief Applications Officer) and Synerje Design (COO). Cheryl began their career as a Principal at Symmetrix in 1992.

Deutsch has a proven track record of leading organizations through transformation and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Cheryl is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of technology trends and how they can be leveraged to drive business value. Deutsch is a passionate advocate for customer-centricity and believes that businesses must put the needs of their customers first in order to be successful.

Cheryl Morrison Deutsch has a Master of Education (MEd) from the University of South Carolina and a BA in Psych and Business from Curry College.

Their manager is Linda McGoldrick, Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Hernando Barake - Chief Technology Officer, Andy Brooks - Chief Financial Officer, and Ken Barlotta - VP of Sales.
