Rebecca Dappen

Rebecca Dappen is the head of executive recruiting at Zillow Group. She joined Zillow in November 2018 as a Recruiting Manager, and was promoted to her current position in January 2020. Before joining Zillow, Rebecca was a Managing Partner with Lucas Group, and before that, she was an Account Executive with Aureus Medical Group. She holds a BA, Russian Area Studies from Southern Methodist University.
