Shiran Shahar

Shiran Shahar is an experienced professional in talent acquisition with a focus on building and leading recruitment teams. Currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Operation Manager at ZIM Integrated Shipping Services since May 2018, Shiran has developed strategies to optimize recruiting processes and improve operational efficiency through data-driven decision making. Previously, Shiran held the position of Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, managing end-to-end recruitment processes and global recruitment projects.
