Latoya Williams

LaToya Williams is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support roles. Currently serving as an Infrastructure Support Technician at NOAA: National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration since September 2018, LaToya has also held multiple positions as an IT Helpdesk Technician at Zimbra and Synacor since September 2013, and previously at NOAA from June 2010 to September 2013. LaToya obtained a certification from the University of Washington between 2012 and 2013, further enhancing expertise in the IT field.
