William Shook

William Shook is a Support Engineer at Zimit since February 2021, previously serving as a Senior Associate and Software Developer at Infosys from November 2018 to February 2021. Prior to this, William completed training as an IT consultant with Revature in August 2018 before transitioning to Infosys. William's early experience includes serving as a Server at Applebee's from November 2017 to March 2018, where time management and conflict resolution skills were developed, and as a Manager at Dairy Queen from April 2014 to January 2018, which involved various roles that honed teamwork and management skills. William holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern Indiana, earned in 2018.
