Amanda Eshelman

Amanda Eshelman possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Associate HR Director for Global IT at Zimmer Biomet since April 2004. Amanda has held various roles including Associate Director of Talent Initiatives, HR Manager for Global IT, and Senior HR Generalist across multiple functions. Prior to Zimmer Biomet, Amanda worked at Staffmark, advancing from Technical Recruiter to Branch Manager. Amanda holds a Master of Science in Strategic Management from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Supervision with a concentration in Human Resource Development from Purdue University.
