Elizabeth Gauthier

Elizabeth Gauthier is an experienced manufacturing leader with over a decade of expertise in the orthopedic and glass manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Director of Manufacturing and Site Leader at Zimmer Biomet in Winterthur, Switzerland, Gauthier oversees multi-site operations managing a portfolio worth approximately $500 million. Previous roles at Zimmer Biomet include Manufacturing Associate Director, where Gauthier led teams in a 24x7 orthopedic implant facility, and Manufacturing Manager, responsible for the EDM team. Earlier career experience at Saint-Gobain Glass involved managing production teams in high-speed facilities and participating in a rotational leadership development program.
