Volker Waldecker

Volker Waldecker has extensive work experience in marketing, design, and project management.

Volker currently holds the position of Head of Marketing & Design at Zimmer Group, starting in September 2021.

Prior to this, they worked at Zehnder Group International AG, where they took on the roles of Business Solution Lead (Group Marketing) from April 2019 to September 2021, and Online Communication Manager (Group Marketing) from October 2018 to March 2019.

Before joining Zehnder Group International AG, they worked at Creapolis Computergrafik und Design GmbH as the Head of Projectmanagement from March 2015 to August 2018, and as a Project Manager and Key-Account-Manager from November 2012 to February 2015.

Volker started their career as a Technical Director and 3D-Artist, working independently from October 2008 to October 2012.

From 2005 to 2009, Volker Waldecker attended Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences, majoring in Informatik (Computer Science).
