Anna Brown

Anna Brown is a Client Advisor at Zimmermann since March 2024, previously serving as a Senior Customer Success Executive and Customer Success Executive at HURR from November 2022 to December 2023, where responsibilities included delivering exceptional customer service and assisting members with various issues. Anna has experience as a Student Ambassador at The University of Manchester from September 2020 to June 2022, where duties involved guiding prospective students about fashion programs, and as a Peer-Assisted Study Support Leader, facilitating study sessions for first-year fashion students.
