Lorna Flynn

Lorna Flynn is an experienced professional in user experience and product development, currently serving as a Startup Product Coach at Zinc since June 2024, where coaching is provided for digital health startups. Previously, Lorna held multiple leadership roles at Accurx from April 2017 to October 2024, including VP of User Experience, where responsibilities encompassed leading user research, design, and user support, while also being a key member of the executive team. Early in the career, Lorna contributed to user research and support at Accurx as the fifth employee and worked in various research and therapeutic roles, including as a Human Factors Researcher at the University of Oxford and an ABA Therapist at Abalta, building a foundation in applied behavior analysis with degrees from the University of Galway.
