Janeesha Udawatta Bsc, CSPO® has a diverse work experience in project management. Janeesha started their career at Bank of Ceylon, where they completed an Internship Training Program. Janeesha then joined Venora Group of Companies as a Management Trainee. After that, they worked as a Project Coordinator - PMO at OpenArc Systems Management (Pvt) Ltd., where they were responsible for coordinating and supporting project delivery, monitoring projects, and analyzing risks and issues.

Janeesha then moved on to ZinCaT Technology, where they held various roles in project management. Janeesha started as a Project Manager, responsible for tasks such as requirement gathering, project planning, development, and maintenance. Janeesha then moved up to the position of Senior Project Manager and finally became the Lead Project Manager. In their lead role, they reviewed project progress, guided their team members, and conducted presale activities such as requirement gathering and product demonstration.

Throughout their career, Janeesha has worked on a wide range of projects, including mobile apps, systems and websites, and hyper casual game development. Janeesha has also gained experience in using various project management tools such as Clickp, MS Project, and Mantis.

Janeesha Udawatta completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from University College Dublin in 2015. Janeesha also holds a Higher Diploma in Computer Base Information System from the National Institute of Business Management and a Diploma in Computer System Designing from the same institute. In 2020, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from project management solutions (pvt) ltd. Janeesha is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Project Management from the University of the West of England, which is expected to be completed in 2024. Additionally, Janeesha Udawatta is a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certified by the Scrum Alliance since April 2021.
