Carol Allan

Carol Allan has worked in various roles in the quality assurance and operations fields since 1995. Carol began their career as a Test Technician at Probe Test Fixtures Inc. in 1995. Carol then moved on to Inspector/Document Control at Shinei USA in 1998 and Quality Engineer/Document Control at Solectron USA in the same year. In 2005, they became an NPI Engineering Technician at Moore Electronics. In 2006, they took on the role of Manufacturing Quality Assurance at Novellus Systems. From 2008 to 2017, they worked at Schneider Electric and Veris Industries, taking on roles such as Project Quality Leader/Offer Quality Leader, Offer Quality, and Quality Manager. In their role as Quality Manager, they developed a Quality Management System to ISO 9001 standards, obtained and maintained ISO 9001 certification, and earned high quality audit scores from several key customers. In 2017, they moved to Fusion EMS as Director of Operations and Quality Assurance Manager. Finally, in 2022, they began working as Quality Assurance Manager at ZincFive, Inc.

Carol Allan completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Phoenix in 2018. Carol also earned a Certificate in Operations Management from the University of Phoenix in 2017. Prior to that, they attended Western International University from 2005 to 2007, studying Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, they hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
