Logan Raj Kali Kavandan

Logan has more than 15 years’ experience in management consulting working across multiple industries around the world.

He brings expertise in large-scale transformation programs, particularly looking at operating model change and end-to-end process improvements.

As head of strategy development and deployment, Logan has a passion for delivering innovative and sustainable improvement solutions, enabling the enterprise to continually scale towards being the industry standard.

Logan has an MBA, Exec Education from the University of Yale and the University of Oxford. He is also a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner. Outside of work his passions include sport, particularly field hockey. He is a dual Commonwealth Games medalist (Silver in CG1998, Kuala Lumpur & Bronze in CG2006, Melbourne), having represented Malaysia in field hockey for 11 years.
