Grace Erickson

Grace Erickson has over 10 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. In 2021, they became the CEO and CMO of Zing Bars. In 2020, they were a Board Member for Mindful Nourishment, LLC. From 2018 to 2021, they were a Member of the Board of Directors for CMTC. From 2017 to 2021, they were a Board of Advisors for The Crucible, Bedrock Analytics, and EcoTensil Inc. In 2014, they were a Board of Advisors for Bedrock Analytics. From 2013 to 2021, they were a General Manager for OCHO Candy and a Board of Advisors for EcoTensil Inc. In 2012, they were a Member of the Board of Directors for American Licorice Company and a Director of Operations (Consultant) for Recchiuti Confections. From 2010 to 2021, they were a Principal for CPG Consulting.

Grace Erickson has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business, obtained in 2003. Grace then obtained a Masters in Business Administration from Columbia Business School and University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in 2013. Additionally, they participated in an exchange program at the London Business School and The University of Hong Kong in 2012. In 2020, they obtained a Systems Health Certification from VA SHIVA and in 2006 they obtained a Certified Black Belt in Six Sigma Quality and a Certified Manager in Lean Process Excellence from Harrington Institute, Inc.
