Guillaume Tarralle

Sr. Director, Customer Success at Zingtree

Guillaume Tarralle is currently the Sr. Director of Customer Success at Zingtree. Prior to this, they served as the Account Director at Binary Fountain from February 2019 to September 2020. Before that, they were with ZeeMee from January 2013 to April 2017 where they led strategic partnerships and customer success management.

During their time at ZeeMee, Guillaume increased brand awareness and oversaw accounts of 20 universities in France and England while coordinating with the founder to scale business in the European market. Guillaume also acted as point of contact post implementation to ensure customer success. In addition, they managed and analyzed key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal project management.

From 2013 to 2017, Guillaume built, maintained and lead detailed multi-regional business reviews of models and findings to the founder to drive user adoption and business-decision making in Europe. Guillaume also collaborated with cross-functional sales, marketing, technical, business and regional teams to set goals, define efficient business processes and effective go-to-market plans.

Guillaume’s experience and success in customer success management and strategic partnerships has led him to their current role as Sr. Director of Customer Success at Zingtree.

Guillaume Tarralle has a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from American University. Guillaume also has a Full Stack Web Developer Professional Certification from Cipecma Coding Bootcamp in the field of JavaScript, PHP, CSS, HTML, MySQL, and SQL.

They are on a team with Brad Schieber - VP, Sales, Danna Troncatty Leahy - Head of Revenue Operations & Strategy, and Chris Swan - VP, Channel & Business Development. Guillaume Tarralle reports to David Apple, CRO.
