Kerstin Plenkers

Kerstin Plenkers is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various industries, including e-commerce, maritime services, and logistics. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for the e-Commerce Pillar at ZINIO, Kerstin oversees HR functions across Spain, other European countries, the US, and Vietnam. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Manager at Zinio International, Faculty Lecturer at Zigurat Global Institute of Technology, and International Human Resources Business Partner at Marmedsa Noatum Maritime, among others. Kerstin also brings extensive experience from Accenture, where roles included HR Capability Development Senior Specialist and Global HR Lead. Kerstin holds a Diplom in English Language and Literature and Business Administration from the University of Mannheim and a Diplomatura from the University of Connecticut.
