WHO YOU ARE:

As a member of the Client Implementation Services team, you will provide full software platform and business support to L&A Exchange's customers. You will maintain extensive interaction with customers, serving as the primary contact for daily operations personnel at each company. Operating at all levels within client organizations, from individual contributors to senior management, you will act as the client advocate within internal departments and promote L&A Exchange's policies and positions. The role emphasizes the management and cultivation of strong client relationships.

The responsibilities include understanding and fulfilling client requirements, documenting and designing solutions, seeking approval, estimating efforts, interpreting and addressing client feedback, and contributing to the development of standards and feedback mechanisms. Additionally, the role involves managing client expectations, advocating L&A Exchange's policies and positions to customers, and adeptly handling conflict
situations.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Oversee all internal and external communications for designated client accounts, gaining a comprehensive understanding of business objectives, practices, and procedures;
Identify client needs, outline project scopes, and establish timelines, while managing the entire project lifecycle and generating necessary documentation;
Utilize Team Foundation Server (TFS) to manage business prioritization, deployment, support, and billing processes, coordinating with diverse project teams across different countries and time zones;
Provide client training, efficiently manage multiple projects, and coordinate cross-team efforts, assisting clients with pre- and post-launch preparations;
Track and resolve issues throughout project execution, troubleshoot product profile and form issues, and promptly address client inquiries;
Deliver regular status reports, maintain current system knowledge, handle client billing, and escalate issues to senior management when necessary.


WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• You have 6+ years of relevant work experience, including 4 years of experience in a project management position;
• You are a methodical critical thinker, analytical, problem solver, and have good organization skills;
• You possess excellent communication skills, both in-person and on the telephone, as well as in written correspondence;
• You have an appropriate blend of project management knowledge, experience, coursework, and credentials;
• You’ve acquired good interpersonal and team leadership skills with a customer-focused, relationship-driven attitude;
• You can identify client requirements, write business requirements documents and software requirement documents with little to no secondary support; 
• You must have strong aptitudes to learn new technical skills;
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office;
• You are flexible to travel as required;
• You excel at collaborating within a team setting;
• Familiarity with XML, JavaScript, and SQL is desirable


BONUS POINTS:

• Understanding of the insurance/financial services sector, specifically in Life and Annuity;
• Proficiency in utilizing web-based Software as a Service (SaaS) applications.
