WHO YOU ARE:

As a seasoned Engineering Manager specializing in Cycle Management, you bring extensive expertise in optimizing data workflows using Automic Broadcom. With a minimum of 8-12 years of experience in the field, you possess a deep understanding of job scheduling tools, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration. Your leadership skills shine as you guide your team in delivering high-quality support, ensuring data integrity, and driving operational excellence within the Cycle Management domain. You thrive in dynamic environments, leveraging your technical acumen and strategic vision to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead a team of software engineers and operations specialists within the Cycle Management domain, providing guidance and mentorship to optimize data workflows and processes using Automic Broadcom.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex data-related issues, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to minimize disruptions and maintain data integrity throughout the cycle.
  • Drive the design, configuration, and optimization of data integration and scheduling workflows, utilizing your expertise in Automic Broadcom scripting and automation.
  • Champion the adoption of best practices and standards for data quality, governance, and performance optimization within the Cycle Management context.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable plans for data operations within the cycle.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to enhance data processing efficiency and scalability specifically within the Automic Broadcom framework.
  • Conduct regular performance analyses and implement strategies for continual improvement, ensuring operational excellence within the Cycle Management team.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the Cycle Management team.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in data operations, data engineering, or a similar role, with a proven track record of leadership and project management within the Cycle Management domain.
  • Strong expertise in data integration, transformation, and scheduling processes using Automic Broadcom or any scheduling tool.
  • Proficiency in Automic Broadcom scripting, with hands-on experience in configuring and optimizing workflows.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools, such as Informatica, DBT, Airbyte, or similar, within the context of Cycle Management.
  • In-depth understanding of data warehousing concepts, practices, and technologies relevant to Cycle Management.
  • Knowledge of data quality and governance principles, with experience implementing best practices within the cycle.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based environments and technologies, including data platforms and services, as they relate to Cycle Management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive results in a fast-paced environment within the Cycle Management team.
  • Available to support in CST time zone (6.00 PM IST - 3.00 AM IST).
