George Esposito

With extensive experience in corporate law, technology, insurance, and financial services, George oversees Zinnia’s legal, compliance and risk operations. George counsels on strategic planning and enterprise decisions. He is also the General Counsel of Everly, an affiliated D2C insurance agency. Prior to joining Zinnia and Everly, George spent many years as Deputy General Counsel of an international insurance holding company advising on matters including corporate law, M&A, asset management, commercial contracting, and insurance and regulatory affairs. Known for his determination, George leads initiatives that drive transformation, innovation, and success in organizations. He’s a deep thinker who loves to learn about what motivates people and business, and he has a passion for sports and exercise.
