Jody Collins

Jody Collins serves as the Global Head of Talent at Zinnia since December 2021, bringing extensive experience in talent acquisition from previous roles including Director of Talent Acquisition at IHS Markit from January 2016 to December 2021, where contributions were made to digital talent strategies. Prior to that, Jody held the position of Senior Corporate Recruiter at Gates Corporation from August 2013 to December 2015, managing talent for industrial applications. Earlier experiences include Area Manager roles at Volt Workforce Solutions and Superior Technical Resources, focusing on recruiting for various sectors. Jody's educational background includes an RPM degree from Penn State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
