Ricardo Santiago

Ricardo Santiago is a seasoned leader in the mental health and substance abuse sectors, currently serving as Clinical Director at Zinnia Health since June 2024. With extensive experience in various clinical director roles, including temporary assignments at Diamond Behavioral Health and Comprehensive Wellness Centers, Ricardo has successfully launched and managed clinical operations for programs offering residential and outpatient care. Additionally, as Co-Owner and Co-Founder of EPIC Adventures Therapy LLC, responsibilities include fiscal and operational management of adventure therapy workshops and consulting services. Ricardo also imparts knowledge as an Adjunct Professor at Palm Beach Atlantic University since 2003, alongside a strong academic background with an MBA from Louisiana State University and degrees in Counseling Psychology and Communication from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
