Ashith T V S R started their work experience in 2019 as a Junior Research Analyst at Hedge Equities Ltd, where they conducted fundamental analysis and valuation for selected banks. In 2020, they joined Zinnov as an Accounts Executive, responsible for booking vendor invoices, managing credit card transactions, and assisting with finance-related tasks. ASHITH later transitioned to the role of Finance Executive, supporting the finance manager and team leaders with transactional work and daily accounting tasks.

ASHITH T V S R has a comprehensive education history. ASHITH obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Amrita School of Business - Coimbatore in 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting from Osmania University in 2018. In 2017, they obtained the CA-CPT and IPCC certifications from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Before pursuing higher education, ASHITH T V S R completed their intermediate +2 education at Sri Medha Junior College in 2015, focusing on economics, commerce, and accounting. ASHITH also completed their secondary education at Bhashyam Public School from 2008 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, ASHITH T V S R has obtained several certifications. These include "How to Be an Adaptable Employee during Change and Uncertainty" and "Teamwork Foundations" from LinkedIn in June 2021. ASHITH also completed certifications such as "Fundamentals of Management" from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education in August 2020, and "Trading Basics" from ISB in August 2020. ASHITH T V S R has pursued various other certifications related to topics such as budgeting, scheduling, entrepreneurship, international business, time management, accounting, e-commerce, voice training, mergers and acquisitions, and mutual funds.
