Deepika Arora

Deepika Arora has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Deepika started their career at Accenture in 2009 as a Business Analyst and later became a Senior Business Analyst. In 2014, they joined Deloitte Consulting as a Project Lead and eventually transitioned to the role of Management and Strategy Consultant. After their time at Deloitte, Deepika joined Zinnov in 2021, where they currently hold the positions of Engagement Lead and Employer Branding Manager.

Deepika Arora completed their MBA in Leadership and Strategy, and Marketing from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2019 to 2022. Prior to their MBA, they attended Rajasthan Institute of Engineering & Technology (RIET-Jaipur) from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. In their earlier education, Deepika attended Seedling Schools Jaipur, where they completed their Senior School education in Science and Maths from 2003 to 2004, and their Secondary School education from 2001 to 2002.
