Kiran Eshwar

Kiran Eshwar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They started their career as a Trainer & Partner at We win academy in 2013, where they trained school students and housewives and also worked as a partner to secure franchisees for courses. In 2016, Kiran gained experience in talent acquisition as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Stepping stone solutions, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment and conducting initial level interviews for IT and non-IT positions. They then moved on to Seventh Sense Talent Solutions in 2017, where they worked as an HR Executive. Kiran joined Zinnov in 2018 as an HR Executive and later transitioned into the role of Senior Executive - HR in 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Lead - Talent Acquisition at Zinnov starting from January 2022.
