Namrata Sahoo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and business development. Currently serving as Assistant Manager of Customer Success at Zinnov since May 2022, Namrata previously held roles at Darwinbox focused on customer success and at L&T Technology Services Limited as a Business Development Associate. With a solid foundation in hardware design engineering, Namrata also possesses expertise in project management, stakeholder and vendor management, and strategic business proposals. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration from Great Lakes Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from ITER.
