Ritika Dogra has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Ritika is currently working at Zinnov as the Senior Lead Talent Acquisition. Prior to this, they worked at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., where they held the role of Corporate HR / Sr. Specialist- Talent Acquisition. In this role, Ritika was responsible for headhunting profiles from process developers to top management level and recruiting for technical and non-technical positions. Ritika also worked closely with hiring leaders to develop HR solutions that contributed to the success of the business objectives. Before joining Ameriprise, Ritika worked at Clarity Consulting as a Manager-Recruitment. Ritika'stenure in this role lasted from September 2009 to July 2014.

Ritika Dogra completed their Bachelor of Science (Bsc) degree in Microbiology at Gargi College. Following this, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) specializing in Human Resources and Marketing at the International Management Institute - IMI from 2007 to 2009.
