Vartika Garg

Vartika Garg has had a diverse work experience in finance management and reporting roles. Vartika started their career as an Article Assistant at Deloitte Haskins & Sells, where they gained experience in statutory audits, tax audits, and evaluating internal controls of business cycles. Vartika then moved on to become an Assistant Manager in M&A Transaction Services at Deloitte, where they served corporate and private equity clients in various industries.

After their tenure at Deloitte, Vartika joined Volkswagen IT Services India Pvt. Ltd. as an Assistant Manager in Controlling. In this role, they were responsible for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost, tax, and investment controlling.

Vartika later joined Worley as a Lead Financial Reporting and Analysis in Corporate Finance. Vartika managed group and statutory audits, month book closure, variance analysis, and worked closely with business owners for budgeting and forecasting exercises. Vartika also optimized the payroll function and social security trusts.

Following Worley, Vartika joined TIBCO as a Finance Manager for India and Global Statutory Reporting Compliance. Vartika'sresponsibilities included drafting financial statements in accordance with local GAAP/IFRS/USGAAP, leading timely completion of statutory audits, and implementing accounting standards.

Currently, Vartika works at Zinnov as a Finance Manager. Vartika has played an instrumental role in establishing and managing Global Centers of Excellence (GCoE's) in India for multiple global companies. Vartika collaborates with top-level executives to develop financial policies and procedures in compliance with Indian laws and statutory requirements. Vartika also manages entity registrations, legal compliances, accounting, taxation, payroll, banking, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for GCOE's.

Vartika Garg's education history is as follows:

- From 2011 to 2015, Vartika attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they obtained a degree in Chartered Accountancy.

- In 2016, they enrolled in the CFA Institute and completed coursework to become a Level 3 Candidate.

- In 2017, Vartika pursued further education in Accounting by obtaining a Dipifrs from ACCA.

- In addition to their professional qualifications, Vartika also pursued their Bachelor's Degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2011 to 2014. Vartika'sfield of study was Business/Commerce, General.

- Prior to their university studies, Vartika attended St. Conrad's Inter College from 2010 to 2011 for further education in Business/Commerce, General.

- Vartika completed their high school education at St.Conrad's Inter College from 2008 to 2009.

In terms of additional certifications, Vartika has achieved the following:

- In May 2021, they obtained a certification in "Google Datastudio - Creating Effective Dashboard" from JS Academy - India.

- In September 2020, Vartika received a SPOT Award from Worley for their accomplishments.

- In December 2017, they obtained a DIPIFRS certification from KPMG.

- In November 2017, Vartika received the "Best Debutant" award from Volkswagen IT Services India.

- In August 2016, they were recognized with the monthly outstanding contribution award from Deloitte.
