Keno Emesson Estores has a diverse work experience that spans several roles and industries. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Web Administrator at Night birds solution for a brief period of five months. After that, they joined Convergys as a Technical Support Specialist, where they provided technical assistance to customers from May 2014 to October 2016. In 2016, Keno moved to iQor Philippines and took on the role of a Technical Support Specialist, where they responded to customer inquiries and provided technical guidance until 2018. From 2018 to 2021, Keno worked as a Team Leader at ARB Call Facilities Inc, where they supervised and managed a team. Currently, Keno is employed as an Account Project Manager at Zintro. In this role, they serve as the primary point of contact for customer account management matters, builds and maintains client relationships, negotiates contracts, and ensures the successful delivery of solutions to meet customer needs.

Keno Emesson Estores obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology from La Consolacion College - Bacolod. Keno Emesson attended the college from 2008 to 2014.
