Bente van Megen

Bente van Megen currently serves as Adviseur Werving & Selectie at Zinzia Zorggroep since November 2022, having previously held a role as stagiaire recruitment within the same organization. Bente gained valuable experience at Jumbo Supermarkten as a verkoopmedewerker vers from February 2020 to December 2022. An internship at Start People in May 2022 provided exposure to HRM tasks, including searching, conducting phone conversations, and developing social media posts for job vacancies. Additional internships include roles at Bergman Clinics B.V. as stagiaire front- en backoffice, Zinzia Zorggroep as stagiaire hospitality, and Albron Center Parcs Het Meerdal, along with a position as groepsbegeleider at Holland Evenementen Groep. Bente holds an Associate's degree in Human Resource Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and an mbo degree in Facility Management from Rijn IJssel, alongside a VMBO-TL degree from Rembrandt College - Veenendaal.
