Garima Agarwal is currently the Head of Service Delivery at Zion Cloud Solutions, a women- and minority-owned company, since April 2024. Previously, Garima served as Sales Manager at i95Dev, where the focus was on enhancing customers' digital transformation through integrated eCommerce solutions. Before that, Garima was Demand Generation Manager at Innovaccer, aimed at optimizing healthcare data for better decision-making. Garima's earlier roles include Account Manager at Encore Advantage and Midland Credit Management, where responsibilities involved process development and client negotiations. Garima holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Business Management and is currently pursuing further education in Marketing Strategy at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
