Melissa Meckler

Melissa Meckler serves as the Senior Vice President and Regional Learning and Development Manager at Zions Bancorporation since December 2018, overseeing training and staff development for a network of affiliate banks. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Vice President of Instructional Design II at Nevada State Bank from March 2016 to December 2018, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Citizens Bank - WI from 2013 to 2016, where responsibilities encompassed managing retail sales, marketing, and training departments, as well as participating in strategic planning. Melissa's tenure at Citizens Bank also included positions as Assistant Vice President of Training and Retail Sales from 2009 to 2012, focusing on learning program implementation and branch sales performance, and as Training Manager from 2005 to 2008, where development of the training department was a key focus. Earlier experience involves serving as Employee Development Specialist at St. Francis Bank from June 1994 to May 2005, designing and facilitating development programs. Melissa holds an Associate degree in Business Management from Milwaukee Area Technical College, earned between 2003 and 2005.
