Shannon Smith is an experienced loan specialist with a robust background in the banking and finance sector. Currently at Vectra Bank Colorado since February 2020, Shannon previously served as a Senior Customer Relationship Specialist at Rabo AgriFinance, where involvement included executing complex agribusiness transactions. At First Citizens Bank, leadership was demonstrated as a Commercial & Consumer Loan Documentation Review Supervisor, achieving significant efficiency improvements.
