Ganapa Nithin Kumar

Ganapa Nithin Kumar is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in Wintel support and server management. Currently serving as an SME Wintel at Ziontech Solutions Inc since May 2022, responsibilities include new VM builds, Windows infrastructure management, and automation using PowerShell. Prior to this, Ganapa held various roles at Microland Limited from May 2016 to May 2022, including supporting a global network of over 26,000 servers and addressing vulnerabilities in Windows operating systems. Earlier experience includes working as an IT Specialist at [24]7.ai India, focusing on critical incident resolution and ticket lifecycle management.
