Erin Bengtson-Olivieri

Erin Bengtson-Olivieri has a diverse work experience that spans over three decades. Erin began their career at Grant Thornton LLP in 1992, where they served as a Manager until 1996. Erin then joined D.E. Shaw & Co., LP as a Controller and VP, holding the position until 2000.

In 2000, Erin transitioned to Deutsche Bank and took on various roles within the organization. Erin started as the Acquisition/Integration Finance Lead for Asset Management, where they developed a global financial view of synergies and integration costs. Erin also led the integration plan for Deutsche Bank's second-largest acquisition at the time. Erin then served as the Controller for Asset Management Infrastructure, responsible for strategy and support for various departments. Erin later became the Global Project Manager for Global Private Client Asset Management, where they managed the implementation of IFRS accounting. Additionally, they held the role of Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director for PWM Americas, overseeing financial activities and serving as a financial partner to private banking and retail brokerage businesses.

From 2014 to 2020, Erin served as the U.S. Chief Financial Officer at Allianz Global Investors. In this role, they acted as the financial business partner and led various financial activities such as financial closing, M&A, strategic financial planning, and sales analysis.

In 2021, Erin took on multiple positions simultaneously. Erin became the Treasurer and Board Member at Douglas Manor Association, Inc., and the Chairperson of the FENG Asset Management Group at The Financial Executives Networking Group, Inc. Erin also worked as a CFO Consultant at EBO Consulting, providing forensic accounting for a fast-growing manufacturing company and designing monthly close processes and tools.

Finally, Erin's most recent role is as the Head of Finance and Accounting at Zip Co, which they started in 2023.

Erin Bengtson-Olivieri obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Public Accountancy from Hofstra University between 1994 and 1996. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) from NYSSCPA - The New York State Society of CPAs and a Series 28 License from FINRA.
