Kristy O'Rourke

Kristy O'Rourke began their work experience in 2004 at Trillion, where they started as a Staff Accountant and progressively moved up to roles such as Assistant Controller and Director of Accounting. Kristy then joined Allen Technologies in 2009 as the Controller before transitioning to ReachForce in 2011. At ReachForce, Kristy held positions such as Controller, VP of Finance, VP of Finance & Operations, and eventually Chief Customer Officer.

In 2017, Kristy took on the role of VP of Finance at Tethr before becoming a Partner at Allen + O'Rourke, PLLC. There, they provided online accounting services, ranging from basic bookkeeping to more complex CFO-level reporting and analysis duties.

Currently, Kristy is the Chief Financial Officer at Zip Top, a role they have held since October 2019.

Kristy O'Rourke pursued their higher education starting in the year 2000 at the Texas McCombs School of Business. Kristy completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Marketing in 2001.

Kristy O'Rourke further advanced their education by obtaining a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Accounting from St. Edward's University. Kristy attended from 2004 to 2006.
