Sarah Williams Fcipd

Sarah Williams FCIPD has extensive work experience in Human Resources, with a focus on leadership and team management. Sarah is currently working as the HR Director Northern Europe & GCC at Culligan International. In their previous role as HR Director UKI at the same company, Sarah was responsible for various functions such as HR, Payroll, Fleet, Health & Safety, and GDPR for multiple business entities. Sarah successfully implemented the UKI HR Shared Service Center and established a shared service provision for fleet management. Prior to that, Sarah served as the HR Director UK & UAE at Zip Water UK, where they provided professional HR services to the Managing Director and the Leadership Team. Sarah also held positions at Philips Avent, Tarmac, Iceland Foods, Dixons Stores Group, and TEC UK, gaining valuable experience in HR operations and management.

Sarah Williams FCIPD attended Rickmansworth School from 1986 to 1991. From 1991 to 1993, they pursued a Business and Finance BTEC National Diploma at West Herts College. Then, from 1993 to 1996, they acquired a CIPD (Institute of Personnel & Development) degree at the same college.
