Dheeraj Duvvuru

Dheeraj Duvvuru is currently a Product at Zipari. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Engineering at Trellis Rx from July 2017 to October 2020. At Trellis Rx, Dheeraj helped health systems change the way patients experience specialty medication therapy. Their unique approach reduced the risk associated with building specialty pharmacy programs, accelerated speed to market, improved patient engagement and outcomes, and drove greater financial results.

Dheeraj scaled the Engineering team to a high performing 20 person team including a mix of full time and remote contractors. Dheeraj established technology, process, collaboration and communication channels. Dheeraj also brought in AWS services in phases and built data driven infrastructure. Dheeraj delivered the first version of the product from design, development, migration to launch within 6 months.

In addition, Dheeraj created a short term and long term strategy and product roadmap. Dheeraj focused on user experience driven design and set up user committees and led requirement gatherings. Dheeraj also directed building SOC2 HIPAA compliant scalable infrastructure. Furthermore, they identified potential development slowdowns and put in place continuous deployment and test automation. Dheeraj also participated in specialty pharmacy auditing, quality control and clinical protocol definitions.

Dheeraj emphasized business drivers using data driven metrics by setting up reporting and analytics infrastructure. Dheeraj made build vs buy decisions and selected vendors for third party integrations and clinical data sets. Lastly, they were involved in new revenue generation and business KPI identifiers.

Dheeraj Duvvuru has a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
