Tanmay Bhola

Tanmay Bhola has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tanmay started their career as a Junior Software Engineer at Allied Telesis, where they focused on software design and development. Tanmay then interned at Tait Communications, where they worked on designing wireless control systems and suggesting future applications.

Moving forward, Tanmay joined the University of Canterbury as a Teaching Assistant, providing assistance with undergraduate courses in engineering and computer science.

Tanmay returned to Tait Communications as a Software Engineer and later became the Product Owner and Project Lead for the Tait BioLink solution, taking it from concept to reality. Tanmay also led the Broadband Software Applications Group, designing smartphone and web applications for public safety and utilities customers.

Next, Tanmay joined SLI Systems as a Product Manager, responsible for managing a portfolio of e-commerce SaaS solutions. Tanmay defined strategy, requirements, and roadmaps for the product portfolio.

Tanmay then worked at Envato as a Product Manager, reporting to the CEO and leading a cross-functional team to launch and grow their website builder offerings.

Currently, Tanmay serves as the Chief Product Officer at Zipline.io, leading a modern cross-functional product organization focused on bringing impactful value propositions to the market. Tanmay works closely with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and market success.

Throughout their career, Tanmay has demonstrated expertise in product management, team leadership, and market understanding. Tanmay has a strong track record of delivering successful products and driving business growth.

Tanmay Bhola completed a Bachelor Of Engineering (Hons.) degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Canterbury from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, in 2013, they attended the MIT Sloan School of Management and completed an Entrepreneurship Development Programme.
