Abdul-Jalil Abdulai began their work experience in 2003 as a Computer Software Instructor at CVL Computer Systems, where they coached students and employees on Microsoft Office suite software applications. Abdul-Jalil worked there until 2006. In 2010, Abdul-Jalil joined the Ministry of Health Ghana - Tamale Teaching Hospital as a Registered General Nurse, providing direct patient care and emotional support. After working there for two years, they transitioned to the Tamale Teaching Hospital in 2018 as a Senior Nursing Officer. In this role, they supervised and trained junior nurses to ensure safe and effective patient care. In 2019, Abdul-Jalil joined Zipline as a Community Lead, responsible for maintaining relationships with community stakeholders. Abdul-Jalil also served as a Fulfillment Operations Professional, managing medical supplies inventory.
Abdul-Jalil Abdulai pursued a Diploma in General Nursing from Nurses and Midwifery Training College, Tamale Ghana, from 2006 to 2008. Following that, they attended the University for Development Studies from 2011 to 2013 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.
