Adetorera S. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Adetorera currently works at Zipline as a People Partner. Prior to this, they worked at FirstBank (Nig.) Limited for several years, where they held various positions including HR Business Partner, Team Lead for Change Management, People Transformation Officer, and Compensation and Benefits Specialist. In these roles, they were responsible for providing strategic and operational HR support, developing and implementing change management strategies, driving employee engagement and development, and managing compensation and benefits programs. Before joining FirstBank, Adetorera worked at Globacom as a Customer Care Representative, where they handled customer inquiries and provided solutions to ensure client satisfaction. Adetorera also has experience as a Business Development Officer at Falck Prime Atlantic and as a Marketing Executive at Moving Media Ltd.

Adetorera S. completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Mass Communication/Public Relations & Advertising from Babcock University, where they studied from 2006 to 2009.
